Małgorzata Rycak
Is the founder and brains behind Let’s talk about IT, a community and event series. Her mission is to put people first and connect individuals from both the “hard” and “soft” sides of tech.
Małgosia is an advocate of building relationships and providing value to others through networking. She believes that with community support, we are empowered to grow not only professionally but also personally.
At the core of Let’s Talk about IT are live events held in the heart of the Podkarpacie region, in Rzeszów. The event format, centered around fostering new connections, includes a discussion panel, a Q&A session, and a networking session. And that's what attendees just love!
Gosia works as a PMO Manager at Hitachi Energy, where she is responsible for designing and supporting processes, communication, and connecting the dots across many work areas.
