We meet in person. We organize events in the Let’s Talk About IT series, where we discuss topics that matter to our community. We have covered subjects such as career transitions, personal branding, future skills, professional success, and building self-confidence.
We support each other and share knowledge, which is why we focus on open exchange of experiences, inspiration, and mutual support.
We build relationships and networking because we believe in the power of connections and the development of soft skills — often the true game changers in a career. We help community members consciously build their personal brand in IT.
We talk about growth and careers, discussing development opportunities, career paths, and industry trends. We inspire by covering topics ranging from employer branding, through education and skills, to professional success.

Gosia Rycak
is the creator of the Let's Talk About IT community and events, as well as a practitioner of soft skills and social skills, and a trainer and mentor for professional development.
For years, she has been working with people, supporting them in building self-confidence, conscious communication, and a strong, authentic personal brand.
She believes that success begins with relationships and the ability to work with others.
Where there is a “it can’t be done,” she helps find a clear direction, motivation, and activates concrete actions that lead to the goal.
As a “people person,” she naturally builds relationships, inspires, and creates a safe space for personal growth.
